  12. The configuration files for dvipsk assume that I will want to store VF
  13. files in the same directory as TFM files, and do not provide a
  14. convenient means of configuring them separately.  (Yes it can be done,
  15. but not from the top level Makefile).  Am I alone in keeping them
  16. separate? If so I suppose I had better conform to the norm, but I have
  17. always tried to avoid polluting the directories used by TeX proper with
  18. things which are only used by auxiliary programs.
